Delete your Notavite account
You can delete your Notavite account and all your data at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
1. From the app (recommended)
- Open Notavite and go to the Profile tab.
- Open Data & privacy.
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
The effect is immediate: your account and all your data are deleted — notes, audio files, images and PDFs, AI-generated summaries and embeddings, learned facts ("What Notavite knows about me"), briefs, conversations and notification tokens.
2. Without access to the app
Email privacy@notavite.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Account deletion". We process the request within 30 days at most (GDPR, Art. 17).
3. What is deleted, what is kept
- Deleted: all of your data (account, notes, files, AI-generated data, preferences).
- Kept: only billing records that stores and payment processors (Apple, Google, Stripe) are legally required to retain. Notavite holds no copy linked to your account after deletion.
- Subscription: deleting the account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it from the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.
4. Before you go
Consider exporting your data (Profile → Export: Markdown, PDF, or a full ZIP archive with attachments). After deletion, no recovery is possible.
